Event Costs

Booking fee

All adult bookings will incur a £10 per adult fee when booking. Children (those aged 16 and under) will not be charged a booking fee.

 

Residents

Bedrooms are priced at the following rates and include all meals as stated in the Friday update.

Thursday 1 May (Includes Friday breakfast but not lunch)

Single room - £89 per night (1 adult per room)

Double/Twin room - £129 per night (2 adults per room)

Family room - £129 per night (2 adults and up to 2 children, under the age of 16, per room)

 

Friday 2 May & Saturday 3 May (Includes Friday dinner to Sunday lunch)

Single room - £105 per night (1 adult per room)

Double/Twin room - £166 per night (2 adults per room)

Family room - £166 per night (2 adults and up to 2 children, under the age of 16, per room)

 

Connexions finishes at lunchtime on Sunday but for those wanting to stay another night, the price for Sunday is below:

 

Sunday 4 May (Includes Monday breakfast)

Single room - £89 per night (1 adult per room)

Double/Twin room - £129 per night (2 adults per room)

Family room - £129 per night (2 adults and up to 2 children, under the age of 16, per room)

 

Accessible bedrooms are also available at the same cost as the above. 

All rooms must be paid for prior to arriving at the hotel, you will receive an invoice from CJS Event Solutions after booking with the option to pay your hotel balance via bank transfer or make a card payment.

 

Day Guests

For those guests attending for the day only, the following costs will be charged for your meals, if chosen when registering:

Lunch - £16.50 per adult per day

Dinner - £36 per adult per day

Lunch and Dinner - £52.50 per adult per day

 

Tea and coffee will be provided for all.

 

Children are not charged for any meals.
