Event Costs

Please Note: All rooms must be paid for prior to arriving at the hotel. You will receive an invoice from CJS Event Solutions after booking with the option to pay your hotel balance via bank transfer or make a card payment.

IMPORTANT: Refunds are not possible after the bookings close in March 2026. Where possible we will offer cancellations to those on the waiting list but if we cannot resell your place we will not be able to offer a refund.

Booking fee

All adult bookings will incur a £10 per adult fee when booking. Children (those aged 16 and under) will not be charged a booking fee.

Residents

Friday 1 May & Saturday 2 May (Includes Friday dinner to Sunday lunch)

Single room - £112 per night (1 adult per room)

Double/Twin room - £178 per night (2 adults per room)

Family room - £178 per night (2 adults and up to 2 children, aged 16 and under, per room)

Accessible bedrooms are also available at the same cost as the above. 

Connexions begins with dinner on Friday and finishes at lunchtime on Sunday. The above bedroom rates are only applicable for these two nights.

Day Guests

For those guests attending for the day only, the following costs will be charged for your meals, if chosen when registering:

Lunch - £19 per adult per day

Dinner - £36 per adult per day

Tea and coffee will be provided for all.

Children are not charged for any meals.
